Ahh, is the SP weak at the moment? I would so no. If there has been accumulation at this level, the price won't go down much. Maybe a test to see if they can shake the last few floating shares out before initiating the rise.

Don't buy shares with a weak SP, only buy when it is strong. The strong SP is at the bottom of an up trend, many people think the opposite.
