NKP- minority holder blackout

Please note, the minority group is united, and advanced. There is an appointed leader in Mr Xuan Pham,  who is presently in advanced stages of processing our collective position.  There are in excess of 350 shareholders on the distribution list with a coordinated and transparent directive with only one desired outcome - fair price.


The top 1,000 is received effective 5 April 2018.


Any comment from minorities here should simply be, going forward:
