I'm one of the gutted PLA share holders at present. I dont really think PLA & NKP will merge but below could be an outcome with positives and negatives stated. Be interested to hear your thoughts on the NKP thread?

Of course NKP wouldn't pay cash for PLA as they have very little at this stage.

What about a 2 share PLA for 1 Share NKP merger? Would put 250 Million shares onto the NKP register.

Would give NKP access to the whole of Rooderand's 2 portions, 6.7moz at Kapalts which is 50% JV with ARM.

Smokey platinum mine would shut down untill quailty ore is ready to be processed from NKP projects from day one.

SMokey Hills mine can be restarted once platinum price is constant around $1800 and world recovery is underway in 2014.

Net 10 million cash would be put onto NKP balance sheet?
