    However if you have 3 parties; say NKP, IGC and NKP's strategic partner... I assume that the NKP's strategic partner will finance the project into production (or at least most of it) ... would they be happy to merge with IGC.

    Its like BHP merging with IOH. I can see IGC merging with NKP.
