NKP/Zijin

Just a note that, after much deliberation, i have sought the ASX to seek direct clarity from NKP re:

Detailed arrangements surrounding Genorah and Zijin loans
The impact of such arrangements surrounding voting rights
NKP compliance with ASX governance requirements - particularly independence
Other disclosure requirements

This may antagonise Z to my significant detrminent, but at least one way or another, i will have more clarity.

I will let you know when i get a response from ASX and no doubt, you will know if NKP responds
