I emailed PL this morning on exactly this point, and was informed as follows within 2 hrs of my email, to his credit:

1. There is every chance that NKWE management will extend the time available for expiry.
2. They are not doing this NOW as they don't see the need, issues being expected to be resolved well before the expiry date.
