Alot of companies do that. Too many to list. The issue is they cant formally extend or alter conversion terms. So they need to let existing NKPO expire and then issue new replacements either for free or minimal fee. They are then free to alter the ex price too.

The problem is, if they are out of the money and time is running out, you are likely to sell them before time decay kils you and you get stuck with worthless paper. You may not know of an extension until its too late.

Having said that, obviously Aug is not an issue. I expect to convert mine on time, although wouldnt say no to a free extension lol.
