While I don't particularly remember the hoo-hah at the time, the fact that the Chinese were 'forced to desist' makes me consider whether there are elements of that case which our people might examine and potentially harness to our benefit?
Notwithstanding that our resource is offshore, YAL's then was in Australia, the common theme is of China and its agents /agencies attempting to rort Australian owned companies and their shareholders!
I've purposely updated the thread date in an attempt to keep our group tight knit and positive of the outcome.
Know that reason, and sound, persistent, practical application of the Law has prevailed before, and maintain the rage (resolve) until it does again.
