I reckon has the plausible answer given the guys who talk to PL have said no chance and they have been pretty close .
Doesn't chance the fact that the share price is bleeding and if BFS/JV is not due to earliest start of May but more likely towards the end of May - that's 4-8 weeks of nothing worthy of shifting the sp.
