Taking Mac's advice from some time ago, i decided to send an email or two myself yesterday .

I received a reply late yesterday ( not going to say who as i was not given the go ahead to share ).

My interpretation of the answers ( which were very brief ):
It appears that the company plans to start trading again next week - whether thats what it really wants or has been forced by ASX not sure.

I was advised that there have been developments in the negotiations with ARM/Anglo but ARM were still causing grief.

As to whether there will be a resolution by end of January, the company just wants to start trading again - which to me means no.

Take from this what you will, but i think ARM have dug there heals in and wont budge . So parties involved must make a decision on what to do from here.
It would be handy to know what ARM wants ?
