Your source is saying ARM still won't budge, dug their heels in, but that is what we have known since Christmas....

clearly the answer to your last question is MONEY, and i read Jonos post which seems to indicate that they must have at least agreed on an amount...

guess we're going to have to wait and read the final printed announcement...
