- traders and small scale holders = NO SUSPENSION, as want to take loss (maybe even profit on recent run into suspension) and flip into other stock given northwards movement, otherwise known as opportunity cost..... these people may hold stock and are shareholders accordingly, however they are NOT the "true" shareholders of NKP
