It also seems that there is a tide of turning that maybe there will be a takeover rather than a joint venture.
Who knows!
As a strategy how would a change in direction for X to buy out NKP work if there are heads of agreement in place for a BFS / joint venture initially? Wouldnt X have to answer to the initial contracts before putting forward an offer to buy out (whatever framework that would take. If X say no to the joint venture, that would leave options open for other companies to have a look in wouldnt it, possibly pushing the price up? Therefore the question could be asked is this why we are not seeing a release yet of the BFS?
