Without stating the obvious, our fate lies with Genorah. This is attractive to some but a deterant to many, hence we are seeing a stalemate in the share price. What is the compulsory takeover limit? 90%? They could probably purchase 10-20% on market. How many of the Top 40s would X need to convince to get them over the line?
I see the potential scenario of a takeover as a risk, rather than an opportunity.
