    What are you talking about.

    Legally speaking the NKWE Board and Management are cringing in a bunker completely surrounded by well armed soldiers. They haven't waved a white flag yet but that is their only viable option or they are going to become very hungry and thirsty!

    Sure someone could take "action" by charging the bunker with their trusty .303 but who would benefit from that?
