One powerball ,the credit crunch has made it impossible for almost any company to fulfill promises made 12 months ago .
In this case, a deferral is really not such a bad result for IGC ,as the other option was for Nkwe to let the option lapse and forget it .The dilution would have been ridiculous for NKP holders .
