1. Last year- S/H's probably happy... but were mis-led

continually by all parties involved in the deal.Only

last week did the truth come out.Looks like was

planned some time back,strange, why appoint a new

director in March if the the Co. was going to be

taken over in July ?. No mention that it was only a

temp appointment ... we should have noticed that

one, but had no reason to doubt their strategy/plans


2. Go and read your annual reports.


3. Already a whisper out in the market of a suss deal

that IGC and NKWE are going to get involved with

using the IGC $$'S .... dyor on this one, it's out

there !
