nlc decision

So in the annual report to shareholders the timeline for establishment of ect india and feasability and commercial discussions should be concluded by mid november. Seeing as esi only gave us that update a week ago I would be very surprised if we didn't have these announced by mid november. As someone posted NLC has a board meeting on the 7th and I would imagine esi is in continual discussions with NLC and would be confident of the revised timeline with ongoing discussions they are having. I still think shares are being sold regularly by Menzies and with that in mind there is no reason to chase the sp but continually mop up the shares that are being dumped. Time is getting very close now, wonder if we will see any line wipes prior to announcement or whether some are still waiting to jump in once NLC concludes the feasablity and commercial discussions?
Mid November leaves ten days, board meeting in two days.
