The market is in no rush it seems to make any adjustment probably because even though it appears that the agreement will be signed we still could be waiting months for that eventuality to occur. Will the Niti Aayog process be another layer of in depth analysis or is it more likely to just be a puplicity exercise and photo opportunity I wonder.
