In a previous announcment ,the company has said negotiations 'nearing conclusion'. MEANS = not yet signed.
NLC article doesnt specifically mention ESI. It just says from 'Australia'.
Based on market research we (HC) are assuming it is to do with ESI, but no-one is 100% sure.
Just asking surge, i dont get where the problem is??
IMO a rerate is happening here.
