If T+3 was a day longer, I'd have held for today. Unfortunately the majority of my capital funds are stuck in the MTN halt. Not too fussed though, I'm optimistic about the current transition.
House - I'll think about it later... Besides isn't around half a million the bare minimum for property these days?
Tax - At this point in time I believe my tax return will cover CGT for the moment. Thanks for the heads up though.
