a) It's lucky you're already holding prior to this information being in the public domain, and
b) The market was no longer trading whilst this information was released as it's likely it is 'market sensitive'

This information, I would argue (imho only), is highly market sensitive and as such as soon as ECT is has been made aware of the fact that this information has been stated they should put the company's securities into trading halt immediately pending further clarification/ comment by the company. For an example of this see ASX ticker ann history for 'NWH' where they put the company into halt a few weeks back to comment on 'media speculation' then after they commented they went out of trading halt). Just my opinion but better to be safe than sorry as they say.

Overall though: Looking very promising for a big future in India and then after India who knows where else? Could be adopted anywhere! Shame Australia was too stupid to use it here.
