Just my opinion, but the significance of the board meetings was that they would give the leaders of the 2 Indian companies an opportunity to discuss future projects (maybe even clean technology projects) that their respective companies might be involved in.
Definitely wasn't expecting to see ESI mentioned in there, as the deal is not done yet!
