The main concern by NLI was that the Application would not be filed before Dec 7th. It has been confirmed by Luso that it has been filed.
The Potuguese Govt says NO SOVEREIGN RISK, but a Technical decision required.
NLI hold no concern over the Contract because they and Legal believe they are watertight.
