I always hope for the best possible outcome but wants to be prepared for the worst case too ...
I´m wondering what will happen if there is no court descision till Dec. 7th OR if there´s a decision in favor of NLI and Lusurecursos appeals to a higher court which would further delay this tragedy beyond Dec. 7th...

Furthermore I´m getting nervous about the fact that there is still no information about a court date available ... under normal circumstances this should be fixed some weeks before ??? A statement from NLI to their shareholders would be preferable...
