Well even in the KDR vs MNZ case where it was clear that MNZ had not case people were not buying until the court case was clear. In the NLI vs Lus case things are much less clear. NLI has clearly tried to come up with a "commercial" out of court solution which does show some uncertainty/weakness on NLI side. Plus there is a clear "deadline" here as well which was not the case for KDR. So clock is ticking against NLI as well.

So I am far from certain on how this will go out and most people will not take the risk. There are enough other "cleaner" lithium companies on the market to choose from.
