Just remember everyone (holders in particular) NLI hasn't thrown the towel in regarding Sepeda - they still are actively pursuing it and who knows we may have lost the first battle but not the in the end , the war. I feel it's important to recognise this as the market appears to have overreacted somewhat both on the upside and downside. DF has to keep cool on this and let the court eventually decide. We still have a pretty strong case IMHO. GLTAH @ DYOR.
