Are these guys overwhelmed by the tenements they have?
Without going into EV's these guys have significant lithium assets for glass and ceramics. Europeans advancement in construction glazing is huge.
I am in the "Go straight to Court" ONLY to have the advantage of a deliberate finalisation date on the times my legal team will set. Thats what I pay them for. Most Courts will run Mediation sessions but I wonder who our legal team is. I am annoyed we have not been told if they are aus/pt.
The other advantage in aus if you lay a "terms of relief" and the other party ignores you the Court tends to act in your favour. I havent been to Court for along time though.
