......and you forgot to mention the creditors that were given shares in exchange for debt in the previous company structure (i.e DOCA).
This certainly turned me right off when reviewing the prospectus. I would say there may be further carnage to come, as creditors and other parties exit the stock.
Ohh..... and the commissioned AEGIS Research report -one that you always take with a grain of salt.
