I know this is obvious, but I thought I should point it out anyway.
The final hurdle prior to signing the Tripartite Agreement is to obtain clearance from the Minister of Steel.
What are the chances that the Minister of Steel refuses to grant approval?
I reckon zero %.
And this is the reason...
Extract from NMDC website (Homepage).
"Incorporated in 1958 as a Government of India fully owned public enterprise. NMDC is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India."
No wonder ECT was so bullish in the Annual Report.
