Sholtz the key is that the deal needs to   so benificial to NMDC and INDIA that they sign Then we need the project fast tracked with quality material trades people and no more delays You dont want situations where  a box of welding rods has to be approved You really need ECT to have major control of construction The cost may go over budget you need understanding and unison also  l dont think its fair we pay a 3.5 million bond if we walk we have enough to lose and unlikely to walk unless out of frustration but so be it all only my opinion
