Just received a note from the company. I asked when the meeting will be and the official reply was 'later today'. Definitely serves me right for not being more specific! The other point of interest is that there may need to be a trading halt, depending on the timing.
IMO, it's likely to be passed. But if not, then it's very likely to happen soon. My money is on it happening before Game of Thrones.
