If B happens (unconditional approval), is there time to satisfy all activities required to be completed by the sunset date of Jan 31st, or will this need to be extended? Or have I misconstrued something around sunset dates? With approval, will any changes in dates just be be a formality or does it risk creating some delays?
DoudleDutch, if approval is provided are your concerns you brought up with ASX earlier in the month allayed, and if so would you follow-up with them accordingly? Any more details around what you had referred to earlier in the month around this?
