It's taken how long it has taken to finalise - It has been a blessing that a Government Backed Mining Entity and and a Government Backed Iron Ore Miner are willing to potentially fund the R&D plant all the way to Commercialisation - what is there not to like.

The time taken for a Penny stock ( A 1cent Stock) to Finalise a deal with a foreign Government ($$$ Billion Dollar Entities) is almost laughable and unheard of.

Blind Freddy would not have believed this and definitely would not have purchased ECT SHARES!
