The suspension was called so ECT can ascertain more information about the internal review process as this was considered material. Once the review is complete there is no further justification to remain in suspension imo.
The board meeting being held at the end of May should not be a justifiable excuse to remain sustended until then. So if the internal review has been finalised the suspension should be lifted.
