leaks suggest a 50m deal or 100m deal. the latter suggests a price of 42c while a 50m deal puts the price at 21c. either way its undervalued as is MAK. the market isnt a fan of small cap co's in this environment. my price target for MAK after the deal is at around $1.50. but with the risk aversion in this climate, id say the traders will be selling at anything above $1 once the announcement is made.
however, the deal with indians will provide coverage with additional investment research houses, and may be a popular trade for a few months. could see her hit $1.50. who knows.
