Yes you are correct with NMDC being a major shareholder, once the deal is voted on. I was just using the JV to follow on the terminology used by Cal. I think we all know the JV comes from the original MOU. We just need the paperwork signed, sealed and delivered for NMDC to be offical major shareholder on board LCY after the voting.
