it just seems too far fetched for NMDC to spend a total of almost $30 million for 75% of a junior company that holds only 60% of an explored magnetite asset. The rest of our gold, manganese and REE assets are rubbish IMO.

Surely they will have to add some value to it to make it worthwhile. My only question to that would be: by adding more value to it via a huge acquisition or developing Bevan - will it be their strategic plan to further increase their share in LCY and subsequently dilute us all.

I'm watching to see how all this unfolds, the 2.5 million dump yesterday was somewhat scary and I'm not surprised to see more selling at this stage.
