complete, all parties havesigned the MOU Extension letter, providing an extension to 31 May 2019
NMDC Internal process - there are no outstanding matters to be resolved, other thanthe final formal approval from NMDC
hence completion of objective 7 will be approval of project at next Board meeting which was on the 28th May.
Objective 7: Confirmation from NMDC of a datefor their next board meeting and their intention to take the project proposalforward for a decision.
NMDC have announced their board meeting for 28May 2019.
On the basis that Objective 6 is met, ECT andNLCIL are awaiting NMDC’s confirmation that the project will be included on theagenda for consideration.
Will the stars finally align for ECT.
