People keep forgeting that with NMDC coming onboard the LCY register they are not doing a JV but instead will still only be one company (PP - please understand LCY does not have to come up with their 50% of finance/funding for developments). That’s the beauty of letting only a cashed up miner and producer come in for half of your company.

Imo not just any investor will be given this privilege, unless all the boxes can be ticked... right through to production and export. Financing/Off take agreements will form part of this arrangement naturally.

Same with development funds, whether equity or debt or repaid by ore.

Why else would Legacy accept a deal unless the incoming party has the ability to deliver all of the above??

Just these benefits alone justify a premium that probably is higher in value than the share price. On top of all that, what about absorbing the fact that NMDC intends to use Legacy as an exclusive platform/vehicle for projects in Australia?

I beleive there will be more value to be given to existing shareholders on the back of NMDC growth in Australia and in particular once their market support find's their way downunder.

The 50% shares that they hold is an incentive, if not responsibility, for them to look after the wellbeing of Legacy, instead of exploiting it.

I suspect those shares will not be sold... and they are allowed at least 50% of shares so that their strength can be reflected in Legacy too.

The market will catch on eventually the significance of NMDC joining our register and the initial offer of 19 mill will pale insignificance imo.

Like DGH's executive mining mate said LCY should be giving 50% of a Co away for free because that's how huge this deal really is.
This is my opinion only and certainly welcome any feedback whether it be positive or negative.
