MAK would have been better off not getting involved with NMDC. NMDC are not yet advanced enough to do big international deals. This JV and the way it has played out (thus far) has created market disappointment.
MAK management couldn't have predicted how inept NMDC would be. No doubt dazzled by the cash at hand in India.
Thankfully MAK hasn't sold 50% of the company to this mob.
