NMDC to acquire 100% & Delist, page-6

Didn't have to be a Rhode Scholar to see where this one was heading

This is a response from about a year ago when i floated the idea of a Compulsory acquisition by NMDC


"I'm not sure that NMDC as a foreign company can aim for a 100% in an Australian company?
Someone once posted that NMDC might be able to hold a higher percentage due to the J/V but not sure?
Would be good to hear from someone with corporate knowledge"

It was never meant as Financial Advice just stated a fact/possability
oh - by the way looks like it is going to eventuate

If anyone has some sound knowledge on how a final price per share is calculated please feel free to post as i am sure there are plenty of people on here who have lost a fair bit of coin
