i think it was for a year so the 31st August is when the year is up. does he mention it as non binding in the sense they can just walk away from it if a better deal appears, i don't know. or maybe funding could come from both verte and nmdc.
atleast there is finally a bit of interest in the project, and nmdc is actually here negotiating. a lot better than the verte investors that were meant to appear in feb that never made the trip to check out wonarah.
