Completely agree with your point HR, no questions in that respect.
But as I said, my question was purely and simply a query on the short term SP reaction, as I'm afraid some people are expecting immedate re-rating.
On your point about confidence in the deal, I'm hoping that this recent statement by AD denying claims that the the cash component is only going to be $15m is an indication that the only thing missing for the deal to happen is the "minor" detail of recovery of expenses to date.
Hopefully they're all on the same page with regards to the other more critical aspects (ie financing, BFS and future plans)...
