    I wouldnt beleive any of the indian news article.

    Doesnt make sense to me, Why would you spend months, and

    a heap of coin doing a valuation, If you were going to

    make the offer on the 3 month wap. Would have being in

    there intreasts to cap the share price, and drive it

    lower. Very unfair way of doing a deal in my mind.

    And the $1 call, spot on.
