Doesnt really matter what Industry sources think its worth. It comes down to NMDC board. Dont forget they only get one chance at the JV and they know the chinese are share holders. If the price is too low, then we may see the Chinese, make a takeover offer and wipe it off the table from the Indians.
Chinese have the upper hand here, seeing the indians show their hand on price and then decide what they want to do. Also NMDC wont have access to Aust market or someone to buy other companies for them.
