Don’t worry about it....
If you buy a house than negotiation will be between you (MAK) and the builder (NMDC) and nobody cares who the bank (LCY) is at this stage. LCY portfolio will raise as soon as the deal has be done and all insiders (you) will see the sp going up.....simple.
