What do we know about NMDC.
The are looking for Iron Ore a JV or Takeover along with a magnetite operation.
I was doing some research into other companies from around the world that NMDC have "taken over" or "JV" and could not find any.
All the articles i found had NMDC signing "MOU's" or is "in talks" or about to "make an offer".
I haven't found anything to say that they have spent the money and taken over a company.
I really hope that LCY is one they do formalise an offer for.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
