GZ, now we are talking! Been around a bit? Don`t get me wrong nothing is impossible and to diffiuclt to mine IMHO just that it takes time and money. This one is very much a challange and I would look at other pits before this, though most of the orebodies up there dip at 45.

Have mined a few pits with ore at 30-50 degrees-some successful, some not.

Not sure what they are going to do for GC. Nowdays RC is the way to go.

1) Can make full interp/see benches in advance
2) Better quality sample
3) Turn around of results.
4) less delays in production.

BH sampling can be fraught with danager but can be use to suppliment RC especially around contacts.

Playing around with bench RLs and powder charge, blast patterns and type can help. Unfortunately such a small pit means they do not have the luxury of time to experiment.

The main issue I have is the lack of "natural split" between ore and waste. Having stood on the contacts it scared the xxx out of me.
