I have taken position since the Mt.Carlton acquisition. Under 10c it is great value.
I believe there is money to be made here for the patient one.( 1 yr + period)
My previous experience from EVN asset sell has worked well with RMS buying Edna May and
AIS buying Cracow last year. Hoping the same with NML acquisition of Mt. Carlton.
I think they got a good deal on this acquistion. For EVN it's a small fry but for NML it is a big deal.
On top EVN has taken a substantial position which means they well & truly believe in the asset and remain commited. That is a big vote of confidence.
I have drawn a chart below which I think has a higher probability of playing out. Although the share price will have sharp rise and fall the trajectory could be around the greeen line. This assessment doesnot take into consideration any surprise from Victoria exploration.
